Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how App Diyor ki ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Muchi mobile application ("App") and related services. Muchi is designed for parents and caregivers of babies 0–36 months old. We take your family's privacy as seriously as you do.

1. Who We Are

2. Our Privacy Promise

• We do not show ads of any kind inside the App.
• We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
• We do not use your data for advertising or marketing purposes.
• We do not use behavioral advertising or cross-app tracking. We do not collect the iOS advertising identifier (IDFA), so the App does not show the App Tracking Transparency prompt.
• We do not use children's data for any purpose other than delivering app features to the parent or caregiver.
• Personal, profile and health data is stored privately in your own iCloud account — we have no access to it.
• We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to collect anonymous usage statistics and crash reports — never tied to your identity or to your child's profile/health data. See sections 3.8 and 8 below.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Parent / Caregiver Profile

When you set up the App, we may collect your display name and optionally your email address (if you sign in with Apple). This information is used solely to personalize your experience and is stored in your private iCloud account.

3.2 Child Profile

To provide age-appropriate content and development tracking, you may enter information about your child, including:

• Name, date of birth, gender
• Developmental information: speech status, energy level, sensory preferences, favorite toys and activities, sleep routine preferences
• Health information: allergies, any existing health conditions, teething status, and health notes you choose to add

This information is entered by you, the parent or caregiver, and is stored exclusively in your private iCloud account. It is never transmitted to our servers.

3.3 Health & Development Records

The App allows you to record and track:

• Growth measurements (height, weight, head circumference)
• Vaccination records
• Developmental milestones (motor, cognitive, language, social-emotional)
• Sleep logs
• Daily routines
• Word diary entries (first words your baby says)

All health and development records are stored in your private iCloud account and are never used for advertising, analytics, or shared with any third party.

3.4 Photos

With your permission, the App may access your device's camera or photo library to let you attach photos to developmental milestones and activities. The App may also save a Memory Book PDF to your photo library. Photos are stored in your private iCloud account and are never uploaded to our servers.

3.5 Audio Recordings (Microphone)

The Word Diary feature allows you to record short audio clips of your baby's first words using the device microphone. Recordings are stored as part of the word entry in your private iCloud account and are never uploaded to our servers or processed externally.

3.6 Activity & Usage Data

The App keeps track of which activities you have saved or completed so it can provide personalized recommendations. This data is stored locally and in your private iCloud account.

3.7 Push Notifications

With your permission, the App may send local push notifications (e.g., activity reminders). Notification scheduling is handled entirely on-device; no notification data is sent to our servers.

3.8 Analytics & Diagnostics (Firebase)

To understand how the App is used and to detect crashes so we can fix them, we use Google's Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. The data collected by these services is aggregate and anonymous, and is never linked to your name, your child's name, health records, photos, audio recordings or any other content you store in the App.

Firebase collects:

• App usage events — e.g., screens viewed, an activity started or completed, a recipe opened, a music track played, paywall views and subscription purchases. We log the activity / recipe / track title and an internal identifier, but never your child's name or profile data.
• Session metrics — app opens, session count, session duration, country/region (derived from IP), language, app version, device model and OS version.
• Anonymous user properties — language preference, premium status, and the child's age in months (no name, no date of birth).
• Crash reports and performance data — when the App crashes, Crashlytics sends a stack trace and device state so we can fix the bug. Crash logs do not contain your child's profile, health data, photos or audio.

We do not collect the iOS advertising identifier (IDFA). Firebase uses an anonymous installation identifier (IDFV / app instance ID), which is reset when you reinstall the App. This data is processed by Google LLC on our behalf under Google's Firebase privacy and security policy. We use it solely to improve the App; we do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.

4. iCloud Sync

Muchi uses Apple's CloudKit to store all app data in your private iCloud database (iCloud.com.selin.KiddoSteps). This means:

• Your data is encrypted and accessible only to you through your Apple ID.
• We, as the developer, have no access to your iCloud data.
• Data syncs automatically across your devices signed in to the same Apple ID.
• Deleting the App removes local data; to delete iCloud data, use Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage.

5. How We Use Information

• To deliver age-appropriate activities and development tracking features.
• To personalize activity recommendations based on your child's age and profile.
• To send local reminders you have set up in the App.
• To respond to your support requests.

We do not use any collected data for advertising, profiling, analytics sold to third parties, or any purpose beyond delivering the App's functionality.

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA / GDPR-K)

Muchi is designed for and directed at parents and caregivers, not at children. Children do not use the App directly. The personal information of a child that is entered into the App is provided by the parent or caregiver, who consents on the child's behalf.

We comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU GDPR rules applicable to children's data. We do not knowingly collect children's data beyond what a parent or caregiver voluntarily enters for child-development tracking purposes. This data is stored exclusively in the parent's private iCloud account and is never used for advertising, profiling, or shared with third parties.

If you believe that a child's information has been submitted without parental consent, please contact us at iletisim@appdiyorki.com and we will take prompt action to remove it.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

If you purchase a subscription or lifetime plan, billing is handled entirely by Apple via the App Store. We do not see or store your payment details. Subscription status is verified through Apple's StoreKit framework using your App Store account, which we cannot identify individually.

8. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following services:

• Apple App Store / StoreKit — for distribution and subscription billing.
• Apple CloudKit — to store all personal, profile, photo, audio and health data in your private iCloud account.
• Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) — for local notification delivery (no personal data is sent to APNs).
• Google Firebase Analytics — to collect anonymous app-usage statistics (see section 3.8). Processed by Google LLC. Firebase privacy policy.
• Google Firebase Crashlytics — to receive anonymous crash reports so we can fix bugs. Processed by Google LLC. Firebase privacy policy.

We do not use any advertising SDKs and we do not use any third-party tracking SDKs that follow you across other apps or websites.

9. Data Retention & Deletion

App data stored via CloudKit remains in your iCloud account until you delete it. To delete all app data:

• Uninstall the App to remove local data.
• Go to Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage → Muchi to delete iCloud data.

If you contacted us by email, we retain your message only as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold. Since all app data is stored in your own iCloud account, you can manage or delete it directly at any time. For any other data (e.g., support emails), contact us at iletisim@appdiyorki.com.

11. Security

All data stored via CloudKit is encrypted by Apple both in transit and at rest. We do not operate servers that store your personal or health data.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced inside the App or via this page. The "last updated" date above will always reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
